This policy does not apply to third-party tools, platforms, or services purchased through our recommendations or integrations.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:
  • The project has not yet commenced and no design, development, or strategic work has been initiated.
  • The delay in project delivery is solely due to D.TECH Studio’s internal reasons and not external dependencies.
  • The services provided were demonstrably inconsistent with the approved project scope and contract.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 business days from the date of payment via email to info@dtech.agency.

Each request will be individually reviewed to ensure fairness and compliance with our contractual commitments.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
  • Services where creative or strategic work has already begun.
  • Consultation, brand strategy sessions, or discovery workshops.
  • Custom design, development, or marketing campaigns that involve time-based or deliverable-based resources.
  • Fees paid to third-party service providers, such as hosting, domain registration, plugins, or advertising costs.

4. Refund Process

Once your refund request is received and approved:
  • The refund will be processed using the same payment method originally used for the transaction.
  • Processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • You will receive written confirmation of refund approval or rejection via email.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may not be issued under the following circumstances:
  • Incomplete Client Input: If the Client fails to provide necessary documentation, materials, or information required to initiate or complete the agreed service.
  • Third-Party Decisions: If the refund request arises from actions or decisions made by third parties — including but not limited to banks, payment processors, advertising platforms, or government authorities — that are beyond D.TECH Studio’s control.
  • Breach of Terms: If the Client violates any provisions outlined in our Terms and Conditions, project agreement, or fails to adhere to communication and payment obligations.
In all such cases, D.TECH Studio reserves the sole right to determine refund eligibility based on the project’s status, resource allocation, and contractual terms.

6. Project Cancellation

If a project is cancelled by the Client after commencement, the refund amount (if any) will be determined based on:
  • The stage of project completion.
  • Resources and hours already allocated.
  • External costs incurred on behalf of the Client..
A detailed breakdown of any refundable or non-refundable amounts will be provided upon cancellation.

7. Changes to This Policy
