We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services without prior notice.

2. Client Responsibilities

When engaging with D.Tech Studio, you agree to:
  • Provide accurate and timely information and materials necessary for project completion.
  • Obtain all rights, permissions, and licenses for content you supply (logos, text, images, videos, etc.).
  • Review and approve deliverables promptly.
  • Maintain professionalism and ethical use of our work.
Failure to provide required materials or feedback within reasonable timelines may delay delivery or incur additional costs.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

3.1 Ownership of Deliverables

Upon full payment, you will receive the rights to use the final deliverables created by D.Tech Studio for their intended purpose (commercial or personal use as defined in your contract).

D.Tech Studio retains ownership of:
  • All preliminary work, drafts, source files, code, and non-final concepts.
  • Underlying tools, frameworks, methods, or AI systems used in producing your deliverables.
Transfer of full intellectual property ownership (including source files) may be granted upon written agreement and full payment of applicable fees.

3.2 Portfolio Use

D.Tech Studio reserves the right to display completed work in our portfolio, marketing, and case studies, unless otherwise restricted by a signed non-disclosure agreement (NDA).

3.3 Client Materials

You grant D.Tech Studio a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your materials solely for the purpose of providing Services.You warrant that all materials supplied do not infringe any third-party rights.

4. Payments, Fees, and Refunds

4.1 Payment Terms

  • All fees are agreed upon in writing (via proposal, contract, or invoice).
  • Payments must be made according to the schedule outlined in your agreement.
  • Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of Services.
  • All prices are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated.
Without prior approval and written permission, you may not create frames around our webpages that alter the visual presentation or appearance of our website.

4.2 Refund Policy

Because our Services are bespoke and creative in nature, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.Refunds are only issued if:.
  • Duplicate payments occur, or
  • A service cannot be delivered due to D.Tech Studio’s fault.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 3 days of payment.

5. Project Scope and Revisions

Work is completed in accordance with the project brief and proposal agreed upon prior to commencement.
Revisions are limited to the number specified in your contract. Any additional revisions, scope expansions, or late changes will be billed separately.D.Tech Studio reserves the right to decline revisions that are unethical, unlawful, or technically unreasonable.

6. Third-Party Tools and Integrations

We may utilize third-party software, AI tools, APIs, or plugins to deliver certain services.While we use reputable providers, D.Tech Studio does not warrant or control third-party systems and shall not be liable for any issues, downtime, or data loss arising from their use.

7. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

All non-public information shared between you and D.Tech Studio shall remain confidential.
Neither party may disclose such information to third parties without written consent, except where required by law.This confidentiality obligation survives termination of the contract indefinitely.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is of paramount importance to us.
